An unconventional approach I use is to pray for inner peace especially when deadlines are screaming at me. It works too.
It is important to remember that writer’s block is a natural part of the writing process and can be overcome with time and patience. It is normal to experience mental blocks at times. By using these strategies and being patient with yourself, you can overcome mental blocks and produce high-quality research writing.
